Purity Balls, attended by fathers and daughters, are meant to celebrate the chastity of the child. They're so creepy. Dads dress up in tuxes, daughters in dresses. The girls are young, pre-teen girls.
The happy couple dances, the dad gives the daughter jewelry, and there is an exchange of vows - the daughter vowing to keep her cooter boy-free until marriage.
