I just wanted to pimp a great New Yorker article on Bill O'Reilly which gives you a solid overview of the guy's history, including a discussion of his novel, which sounds to be little more than a violent revenge fantasy of his own regarding his unhappy employment with CBS. It's also got the nicest, neatest explanation of the enjoyment to be found in O'Reilly's mistakenly calling a loofah a falafel.
