I like Rebecca Tushnet's 43(B)log

For posts like this, in which she notes that Thaler and Sunstein give explicit direction to their readers to engage in copyright infringement by googling a poem.

What's nuts is that there's not a lot of difference between what Thaler and Sunstein, two well-respected professors, did and what the Pirate Bay guys did. Neither provide copyrighted material, both point out very clearly how to get it.
