Alongside Independence Mall lies the Bourse. It's a beautiful old building that houses a tacky mall-style food court. I imagine there are some offices in there, too. The Ritz at the Bourse is a nice theater that plays indies - I've seen a number of films there.
The theater is nearby, but not in the Bourse.
