Xeni Jardin relents, still wrong

BoingBoing has published a second story about the Yoko Ono suit I mentioned yesterday. Apparently Yoko's lawyers and Yoko sent BoingBoing a letter explaining the legal action. While Jardin is more sympathetic to Yoko today, she still gets one fact wrong. Today she again writes that Yoko's trying to block the trademark registration. The trademark has already been registered and Yoko's seeking its cancellation.

The original BoingBoing story, linked in my post yesterday, made the same mistake. The original BoingBoing story has been rewritten since I wrote yesterday, though. Some of the edits have been clearly marked, but some haven't.

Classy!
