Presidential Speeches Tag Cloud

US Presidential Speeches Tag Cloud provides you with a visual representation of the frequency of word use within a given Presidential speech. The more often a word (and its variants) is used, the larger the word appears. A slide above the tag cloud lets you see the frequency of word use in a number of speeches dating back to John Adams in 1776.

For the intriguing partisan point - George W. Bush's speeches don't feature the word "terrorist" prominently until the Iraq war buildup begins. From the declaration through the Afghanistan war, the word terrorist is remarkably infrequent.
