Paul Playing For No One

The best Beatles record is not Sgt. Pepper, and it's not one album. It's two records, 1965's Rubber Soul and 1966's Revolver. Rubber Soul is an early peak for John Lennon, with In My Life, Nowhere Man, and most especially Norwegian Wood.

Revolver was the great early Paul McCartney record, with Eleanor Rigby, Here There and Everywhere, and this song, For No One. Enjoy a pleasant solo acoustic guitar performance of this song, which has not a bad lyric.

Elenore Rigby is one of my favorites.

That's another really good one, also w/really good lyrics that aren't typical "silly love song" stuff.
