That there's the track where it happened. That picture makes the track look nicer than it really is - Google's pic must've been taken back when the Christian Bros still controlled it and kept it up. The tennis courts on the right hand side have fallen into disrepair and are kept locked up because, as my eccentric Vietnam vet neighbor likes to note, nobody can pay the liability insurance. And after my neighbor says that, I pop in with a "Damn lawyers!" and we all have a good and hearty formulaic laugh.
