Have they done this sort of thing before?

I find this fascinating. It's a copy of the New York Times piece written by Joseph Wilson about the absence of evidence that Iraq had attempted to obtain uranium from Niger. It's this piece that led to the discrediting of Wilson by leaking the name of his wife (then undercover) to the press. This copy of the piece has been annotated by Dick Cheney, who writes
Have they done this sort of thing before?
Send an Amb. to answer a question?
Do we ordinarily send people out pro bono to work for us?
Or did his wife send him on a junket?
Additionally, meaningful passages are underlined throughout.* Thanks to the magic of the internet, you can see the document for yourself, a neat little piece of history, another nasty tangent to the Iraq fiasco.

*Sadly, no "Eskimo."
