You're in a big trouble now, my friend,

For an example of truly stunning customer service, I suggest you check out this blog post. It tells the tale of a poor guy who tried to buy a camera online from a Brooklyn shop for cheap. Turns out, he fell victim to a scam in which an online seller gives a ridiculously low price, and then tries to make up the difference by aggressively trying to sell accessories. How aggressively? Well, when this guy refused to buy the accessories, the seller threatened to break his neck. Amusingly and stupidly, the vendor left death threats on the guy's voice mail, which we can all now enjoy thanks to the magic of the internets.
