The Socratic Method

rewards two classes of people, those with inordinate respect for power and those with the ability to appease naked expressions of power (indelicately, those skilled at conniving). It has as its purpose to haze and create conformity, with the result that the law is such an exclusive and blindered profession that no number of hip-looking black chicks on Westlaw advertisements can remedy.
