Yes, I am thirty. On the one hand, it's really quite sad. My age denotes a maturity and togetherness which I altogether lack. On the other, 20 seems like an eternity ago, so it'll be a few years before I hit the dreaded 40.
No, it doesn't reckon. It just sucks.

Happy birthday! Turning 30 is awesome--just try to recapture the excitement you had when you went from age 9 to age 10. If that fails, just remember that you'll always be younger than I am.
